1. Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
No, all sales are final, and payments are non-refundable.

2. What if my order hasn’t been processed yet?
If the order hasn’t been processed, a store credit may be issued for the same amount.

3. How much deposit is required to start my order?
30% of the total cost must be paid upfront. For third-party orders (Morilee, Mary’s Bridal, etc.), at least 50% is required.

4. Will my dress be ready before my event?
Yes, La Glitter guarantees that your order will be ready before your event date.

5. Are dresses available in all fabrics and colors?
Not all materials are available in every color. Variations may occur depending on suppliers.

6. Can I request alterations or modifications?
Yes, but they are at the customer’s own risk and only made if there is enough time. Full payment must be made before processing.

7. What happens if I don’t pick up my order on time?
Customers must pick up their order on the agreed date. After 30 days, a storage fee may be applied.
